Booking Policy for Art Goes Agile

  1. Booking Confirmation
    A booking confirmation will be sent to the provided email upon successful scheduling. If payment has not been made upfront, payment instructions will be sent via email. For sessions with promo codes or free session allowances, any discounts will be applied automatically to the invoice. For free sessions, no invoice will be issued.
  2. Payment Requirements
    Full payment is required as per the emailed instructions if not paid upfront. Promo codes and discounts must be applied at the time of booking to qualify.
  3. Rescheduling
    Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, free of charge, subject to available times. Rescheduling within the 48-hour period is not guaranteed.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after this timeframe.
  5. No-Show and Refund Policy
    In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued. Clients are encouraged to contact us in advance if they anticipate being late or unable to attend.
  6. Late Arrivals
    Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as extending the booked session time is not guaranteed. To ensure a full session, clients are encouraged to arrive promptly or consider rescheduling.
  7. Changes to Services
    Art Goes Agile reserves the right to amend service details as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, including updates to the location or session time.
